Below are links to the preschool registration form for the 2024-25 school year. Please indicate which session you are interested in registering for by checking the appropriate box. Children need to be 3 years old by 9/1/24 in order to be registered for the three and five morning programs and 4 years old by that date in order to be registered for the five full day per week program. To reserve your child's spot in our preschool aged enrichment programs a $15 one-time, non-refundable registration fee is due with your registration form.
Transportation is available from several area home day-care programs in the school's van on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This transportation service is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To reserve your child's spot in our preschool van, please complete the transportation form which can also be found in a link below and return it to the school office.
Children enrolling for preschool must be potty trained and able to use the toilet by themselves and be current on their immunizations or have a notarized exemption on file. See the immunization form below. Four year olds enrolling in the program need to have their Early Childhood Screening Completed by October 31, 2024.
