Below are links to the preschool registration form for the 2023-24 school year. Please indicate which session you are interested in registering for by checking the appropriate box. Children need to be 3 years old by 9/1/23 in order to be registered for the three morning program and 4 years old by that date in order to be registered for the five mornings and five full day per week program. To reserve your child's spot in our preschool aged enrichment programs a $15 one-time, non-refundable registration fee is due with your registration form.
Transportation is available from several area home day-care programs in the school's van. This transportation service is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To reserve your child's spot in our preschool van, please complete the transportation form which can also be found in a link below and return it to the school office.
Children enrolling for preschool must be potty trained and current on their immunizations. An immunization form which needs to be submitted before the first day of school is also provided below.
